A sprawling estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, once owned by Donald Trump can be yours for the reduced price of $ 45 million.
The presumptive Republican presidential nominee bought the house in 1984 for $ 4 million and sold it more than a decade later in 1998 to the current owner for $ 16 million, according to listing agent Tamar Lurie.
The home was originally listed for $ 54 million about a year and a half ago.
