‘Grimm’ Actress Bree Turner Renting Out Her L.A. Home for $14K a Month

‘Grimm’ Actress Bree Turner Renting Out Her L.A. Home for K a Month

Bree Turner

Nothing “Grimm” about this: Actress Bree Turner is offering her sunny Los Angeles home for rent.

For $ 14,000 a month, you can reside in a posh pad in Tinsel Town’s swanky Beverly Grove neighborhood.

For those who’ve never seen Turner’s work in the fantasy police drama based on Grimm fairy tales, here’s the deal: The actress plays a human-fox hybrid, Rosalee, who runs an apothecary shop and hunts the nightmare-inducing Grimm monsters let loose in a small town. And, of course, she’s married to a human-wolf hybrid.

Turner’s foxy role started out as a guest appearance at the end of the first season. She became a full-fledged cast member in Season 2.

Perhaps all that filming time on location in Portland, OR, influenced the star’s decision to make her home available as a rental. In fact, filming for Season 5 for the NBC show begins in July.

Even if you’re not familiar with her acting career, you can appreciate the 38-year-old’s great taste in real estate. The five-bedroom, 3,800-square-foot structure was built in 2010.

Turner and her husband bought the place five years ago for $ 1.9 million. The listing labels it “immaculately maintained.”

Turner got her start in the entertainment biz as a background performer in “My Best Friend’s Wedding” and “Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.” She caught the acting bug and moved on to bigger roles in “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo” and “Joe Dirt.”

You don’t have to be a trained dancer to do a jig if you score this rental—and have the funds to afford it. It sounds like a fantasy to us, and not of the “Grimm” variety.
