Adam Leber heard the music, and he’s selling his Los Angeles home.
You, too, can live like a Hollywood mogul if you can shell out $ 2,950,000 for his Sunset Square spread.
Though he has steered the meteoric rise of these stars, Leber told Billboard, “I’m not an ego guy.”
He does, however, seem to be an interior decor guy, if his 2,700-square-foot home is any indication. The fabulous renovation of the 1920 Craftsman-style home includes Keith Haring artwork and cool pops of color throughout.
The newly remodeled kitchen features gorgeous Caesarstone counters and opens onto a patio for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The outside is almost as impressive as the inside. The lounge area by the heated pool beckons rock stars to hang with a drink, dip into the hot tub, or stroll in the garden. The property is plenty private—it’s located in a gated community, according to the listing.
If you want to mix it up with the locals, you can head to nearby Runyon Canyon Park, which has many hiking trails and great views of the Hollywood sign. The club scene on the Sunset Strip is legendary, and there’s plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, too.
We can only speculate about why Leber would leave his gem of a home. Perhaps it has to do with his recent leap into the tech world farther north, with an investment in Sherpa Ventures, a funding source for former startups such as Uber and Tumblr.
He told Billboard that when he’s not managing his artists’ careers, he’s focused on “emerging technologies and strategies growing out of Silicon Valley, figuring out what companies I can get behind and how my artists can help those companies.”
It sounds like perfect harmony to us.
