First Team Christie’s International, the flagship office for First Team Real Estate’s luxury division, announced that it found replacements for office executives who defected in September to Coldwell Banker, taking as many as 45 agents with them.

Rob Norquist will become the new manager for First Team’s Fashion Island office, located just off Pacific Coast Highway.

Norquist, a past president of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, has a broker license and had been working as an agent for the HOM Sotheby’s International luxury home brand.

“As a long-term luxury agent and broker, I understand what agents need to be entrepreneurially successful,” Norquist said in a company statement.

Alexandra Head, former marketing manager for Surterre Properties, also became First Team’s new director of luxury marketing in October, according to her Linked In page.

The two replace Debbie Lewandowski, who was both manager of the Newport Beach office and First Team’s luxury division director.

Lewandowski and assistant office manager Mark Gold left First Team in September to join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Fashion Island office. Lewandowski declined to give a reason for her move.

When Lewandowski left, the First Team office had 160 agents. She oversees at least 250 agents at Coldwell Banker.

In addition to hiring Norquist and Head, First Team recently named Terry LeClair as its senior vice president of sales and named Claire Adams as its vice president of marketing.

First Team opened its showcase Fashion Island office in 2011. The office affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate in early 2014.
